Pastors Conrad and Lisa-
Pastor Conrad begins –
I started to build the barn in 1970, got the building completely closed in, then I got saved and spirit filled. I came back out to the property – I walked back and forth over it seven times and asked God to use the place. It was all I had to offer Him and I wanted to give it to Him.
In 1976, I met Lisa and when I pulled up in front of her house for the first time, God told me ‘You’re going to marry this girl and I’m going to give you a ministry in a barn’. But I never imagined it would be my barn.

Kenny and Denise round out the pastoral leadership at our church. They began their pastoral career here at “The Barn” ministering primarily to the youth. As the church has grown their responsibilities have increased beyond the youth and into counseling and preaching as well. Their dynamic style and unique approach is a testimony of the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ to transform lives. Using “any means necessary” to reach the lost is a concept not lost on Pastors’ Kenny and Denise as a matter of fact they might of coined the idea.
Pastors Kenny and Denise believe that if you just look around you’ll see there are people in need everywhere. Jesus said you can start with just a cup of water in his name. We must walk by faith and just do it. Instead of waiting for a miracle, we should all be a miracle; to our friends, our enemies, our family and our neighbors. Their goal is to do the work of the ministry in "the every day" little things, to love and laugh with everyone- no matter what! They believe that is what God has called Christians to do.
The Miller’s have two mottos; first, Got to love them, and second, It could happen! They know that nothing is impossible with God! God has changed their lives dramatically and they look forward to others lives changing for the better as well!

Paul and Georgeanne are founding members of the church having ministered with the pastors since House of Faith’s inception. Proving themselves as co-laborers in Christ with the Duncan's has reaped untold blessings to the body of Christ. However large or small the issue, one can be assured that the Nagy’s are behind it all making sure it all comes together. Paul does double duty as the resident bass player on the worship team. According to Pastor Conrad when he and Paul first met he was in need of a bass player so Paul bought a bass and taught himself to play. This story pretty much says it all, if there is a need in the body the Nagy’s will find a way to meet it.

The Nagy’s
Chris and Pam have been members of the church since 1997. Chris had an extensive background as a touring secular musician when they first came to us. He joined the worship team as a percussionist in 1998. He shifted from percussion to the drums shortly thereafter. Since early 2002 Chris has been the primary worship leader for House of Faith. During most services you’ll usually find him leading from behind the drums, which is where he is most at home, but once in a while he’ll be upfront with a guitar. When we asked him about playing the guitar as opposed to the drums, he responded, “God likes to stretch us...I mean, scripture tells us that God wants us to ‘expand our tents.’ So in whatever you are called to do, no matter what that thing is, we need to do it with an expectation that God is in the middle of it and called us into it for His glory. So when I see an occasion that someone wants to be used in our music ministry I do what I’m able to make that happen. We’re very blessed to have some super talented team members as well as some great people waiting in the wings. So when an opportunity presents itself I’m happy to move out of my spot in order to give others a chance to serve and grow.”

Pastor Lisa’s story –
It was our first date. I was newly saved and knew about ‘pick up lines’ in the world, but I had just learned at a bible study about “Christian pick-up lines’. “God told me He wants us to get married” was the number one line to watch out for – so when Conny told me that God wanted us to get married and have a ministry in a barn, I told him I’d get back to him on that. But God has His ways, and He got the message through to me. Nine months after we met, we married.
Pastor Conrad continues:
In the late 70s we had meetings in the barn all the time, bible studies, fellowship meetings, worship nights; the horses would be in the stall down below and the people would be in the loft , sitting on bales of hay, and no one would go home – they’d stay into the wee hours of the night with the fog rolling in across the fields - In 1990, I heard the Lord tell me to prepare the barn for year round ministry. So we finished the loft and started hosting missionaries as well as continuing the meetings. All the while, Lisa and I were busy with church, leading worship, teaching bible study, leading small groups, Sunday night ministry, etc. We still could not see the plan for the barn that was unfolding in front of us.
Pastor Lisa-
We had a lot of prophets, pastors, and mentors tell us there was a call of God on our lives, telling Conrad to get licensed and start preaching, but we were pretty content with what we were doing.
Pastor Conrad-
Finally, in 1995, after a series of prophetic meetings, we answered the tug of God on our hearts and said “Yes, Lord”. We opened House of Faith as a full-time ministry; we were licensed through In Him Ministries and were affiliated through Full Gospel Ministries, Int’l out of Coatesville, PA. It’s been a wonderful journey ever since and we’re blessed to be together in the midst of the vision God has for His church at this time.
